Bringing Your Amazon Wishes to Share a Wish
Already have an Amazon wishlist? Great news – you can import it to Share a Wish in just a few clicks.
This guide shows you exactly how to migrate your wishes.
Step 1: Make Your Amazon List Public
Temporarily set your Amazon wishlist to "Public" so our importer can access it.
Go to Amazon → Your Lists → List Settings → Privacy → Public. Don't worry, you can make it private again after!
Create your first wishlist
Share your wishes with friends and family - free and in just minutes.
Step 2: Copy Your Wishlist Link
Open your Amazon wishlist and copy the URL from your browser's address bar.
It should look something like: amazon.com/hz/wishlist/ls/XXXXX
Step 3: Import to Share a Wish
In Share a Wish, go to Settings → Import → Amazon.
Paste your wishlist link and click "Import."
We'll fetch all your products and add them to a new or existing list.
What Gets Imported?
Product name, image, price, and direct Amazon link are transferred. Priority settings (if set on Amazon) are also imported.
Not imported: Comments/notes and quantities (if you wanted "2 pieces").
Tip: Briefly review imported products and add notes manually if needed.
After the Import
Awesome! Your Amazon wishes are now in Share a Wish. You can now also add products from other stores.
Don't forget: You can set your Amazon wishlist back to "Private" or delete it if you no longer need it.
Share your new Share a Wish list with friends and family – all your wishes are now in one place!
